Permitting submition for web contents for users in Liferay, web content management system

Hi guys, this stuff may look very simple one, but I am posting this blog for new users of liferay, where they may feel difficulty whenever they started working with "Web content" portlet in liferay. The issue is, initially it has submit for publication tab for web content. This is because of work flow configuration, so I hope its better to get a direct submit permission to check and alter our web content, so following steps helpful to set a configuration.

1. Before the workflow configuration, it may look like the following screen shot
 

So user can not publish it directly. To publish directly , follow the steps mentioned below.

2. Move your cursor to Go To drop down menu in the header navigation bar, click on that, then click on Control Panel. 

3. After navigating to control panel menu, you will see list of options on the left most
page, in that list you need to click on Work Flow Configuration 
 
4. Right side you can see list of configurations, go to web content you can see dropdown menu under workflow column, click on that drop down menu

 

In drop down options select Default No workflow and click save. You can see confirmation message like your requested success message. Now users can publish their web content directly.

      5. Click on Back to Liferay link to move to your portal.  

      6. Add new web content portlet. Now you can see direct publish option is given for your content.
